About Us
What is there to tell about us?
We are Carina and Kamil - flat manager, interior designer and independent property developer.
Over the past six years, we have developed and built two other flat blocks and a co-working space in Vienna together.
We have learnt from each project and taken feedback from our guests to improve ourselves and our service and implement some of our wishes. We like to travel ourselves, have already got to know a wide variety of holiday flats and hosts, have been inspired by them, but have also tried to implement everything that we have missed in one or two Airbnbs in our own flats.
It is important to us that you feel at home with us. We have therefore endeavoured to create a cosy, personal atmosphere in which you feel comfortable and can enjoy your time out from everyday life - whether alone, with your family or your friends.
We want to make your stay as pleasant and relaxed as possible.
However, should something go differently than you would like, please contact us at any time during your stay so that we can respond as quickly as possible and resolve any problems.
We are always open to and grateful for constructive feedback.
